Ingredients: Make 8 servings
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- 1/4 cup Cointreau
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice (4 juicy limes)
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- Garnish: pomegranate seeds and lime twists
Directions:
- Add the Cointreau, pomegranate juice, lime juice and agave syrup into a large pitcher and give it a few good stirs.
- This can hang out in your fridge until you're ready to serve.
- When you're ready to enjoy, pour the Prosecco in to the pitcher, being careful that it doesn't overflow - it's very bubbly.
- Serve in champagne flutes or coupes, adding pomegranate seeds and and a lime twist to each glass for a bit of extra-festive flare
