Sparkling Pom Cocktail

Ingredients: Make 8 servings

  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 1/4 cup Cointreau
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice (4 juicy limes)
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Garnish: pomegranate seeds and lime twists

Directions:

  1. Add the Cointreau, pomegranate juice, lime juice and agave syrup into a large pitcher and give it a few good stirs.
  2. This can hang out in your fridge until you're ready to serve.
  3. When you're ready to enjoy, pour the Prosecco in to the pitcher, being careful that it doesn't overflow - it's very bubbly.
  4. Serve in champagne flutes or coupes, adding pomegranate seeds and and a lime twist to each glass for a bit of extra-festive flare
  5. Cheers tonight, crush tomorrow!
