Ingredients: Makes 1 Serving
- 2 oz White rum
- 4 oz mango nectar
- 8 oz club soda
- 1/4 lime cut in half
- 6 mint leaves
Mango Nectar:
If you can't find mango nectar, blend mango until smooth and strain. Frozen mango is fine, just make sure to thaw it first.
Directions:
- In a highball glass, squeeze the lime, add both pieces into the glass.
- Drop in the mint, and muddle.
- Pour in the white rum, mango nectar, soda water and give it a good stir.Â
- Fill the glass to the top with ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
