Lucky Matcha

How to Make Lucky Matcha👇


  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Matcha Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 1.5 oz Egg White
  • Matcha Powder (For Garnish, Optional)
  • Lime Wheel (For Garnish, Optional)


  1. Add all ingredients into cocktail mixing glass
  2. Mix with an electric frothing wand until thickened
  3. Add to an ice-filled shaker and shake
  4. Pour into coupe
  5. Add powdered matcha to foam
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel
  7. Enjoy!

Matcha Syrup Recipe:

  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp Matcha Powder
  • 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar

In a small saucepan, add sugar and matcha to a pot and whisk together until both powders are well mixed. Add the water and switch on the heat. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes, whisking occasionally to ensure the sugar doesn't burn at the bottom of the pan. Once all the sugar and matcha are dissolved, turn off the heat and let cool. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge and use within 3 days.
