Ingredients
- 1 oz dry gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4-5 grapes, muddled
- Garnish: Sugary, frozen red grapes
How to make Enzoni
- Add the grapes to a cocktail shaker and muddle
- Mix all ingredients together in a shaker with fresh ice
- Give it a stir
- Double-strain into a rocks glass
- Garnish with frozen, sugary grapes
