A dramatic, deep-red Halloween sipper without a drop of artificial syrup
Ingredients (1 serving):
2 oz blanco tequila
1 oz fresh tart cherry juice (100% juice, unsweetened)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
optional egg white or aquafaba for a silky foam
Method:
Dry shake (no ice) if using egg white/aquafaba, then shake again with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish.
