A Founder Who Felt the Need First
Rachel didn’t just co-found H-PROOF—she needed it. As a social, wellness-minded, and high-achieving professional, she knew how draining modern life could be. She wanted real, functional support without compromising her lifestyle or turning to gimmicks.
When her mom, Dr. Linda J. Kaplan, MD, formulated a vitamin to help her feel better after a few glasses of wine—and it actually worked—Rachel saw the potential to help others feel the same way. What started as a personal solution quickly became a nationally loved brand helping people everywhere live with more energy, clarity, and balance.
From Law to Launch
Rachel earned her BSBA in Economics from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. Straight out of law school, she dove into the startup world, honing her skills in marketing, strategic planning, and team building.
But she didn’t just want to help other companies—she wanted to build one of her own. In 2018, Rachel co-founded H-PROOF with her mother, Dr. Linda J. Kaplan, MD, combining medical expertise with entrepreneurial grit.
Since launch, she’s grown H-PROOF from a kitchen-table idea into a nationally recognized brand—leading the company to profitability, securing retail placement with The Vitamin Shoppe, and earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list three years in a row, including a debut at No. 53.
Today, she leads H-PROOF as CEO, overseeing product development, brand strategy, and a mission-driven team dedicated to creating vitamins that actually work.
